During my research I had the luck to meet Dr. Klaus Kemmler, who has written a book about the history of his own Goenninger seedsman family. The book has the title “Wo des Roßbergs Haupt sich hebet” and has the ISBN No. 3-87421-985-2. It gives interesting information about the trading activities of these families, and how they have been influenced by political and industrial changes.
